Veneers
Veneers are thin shells of porcelain that are bonded to the front of your teeth. They can be a great choice to improve teeth that are stained, crooked, worn or have gaps. Veneers can give you straighter, whiter, and more even-looking teeth. The porcelain has a translucent quality that resembles your natural teeth.
Root Canals
When tooth pulp becomes infected or dies, root canal therapy is necessary. It is a generally comfortable treatment that can save your tooth and keep your mouth healthy. Tooth pulp is a soft tissue made up of nerves and blood vessels. The pulp chamber extends from the middle of the tooth down through the tooth roots. A cracked tooth, decay or trauma may cause bacteria to invade the tooth’s inner layers, causing an infection or abscess. Infection occurs most commonly through a deep cavity that allows bacteria to enter through the enamel and dentin layers and into the pulp. Sometimes pulp dies due to a fracture or a blow to the tooth.
Oral Surgery
Generally, we recommend treatments that will save teeth, but when a tooth is so damaged that it cannot be saved, or if it will help with alignment or other complications, extraction is the best choice. Extraction might be best for: teeth that are fractured below the gumline, severe tooth decay, advanced periodontal disease, primary teeth that are too crowded or not falling out properly, an impacted wisdom tooth, allowing for adequate room in the dentition for orthodontics
Deep Cleaning
For almost half of the dental patients in the United States, regular prophylaxis(regular cleanings) isn’t enough to maintain optimal oral health. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 47% of American adults aged 30 and over have some form of periodontal disease, a gum infection that can damage the tissue and bone that supports your teeth. The mildest form of gum disease is gingivitis, which causes red, swollen gums that bleed easily. Left untreated, gingivitis can progress to periodontitis, resulting in severe deterioration of the gums and bone, and with time, tooth loss.
Fortunately, there is a proven way to help reverse the effects of mild to moderate gum disease; scaling and root planing, also known as a deep cleaning.

The dental professionals at LDG have perfected the process, so you can rest assured your new crown or bridge will be the perfect addition to your smile.
Implants
Dental implants look and feel like your own teeth, which makes them an attractive option for many patients seeking dental prosthetics. An implant has two parts: the root and the crown. This is a great option for many reasons, including: the prevention of jawbone loss, lip and facial structure support, clearer speech, the maintenance of a regular diet, long-lasting comfort and function.
Partials & Dentures
With our in-house laboratory we create personalized and high quality partials, dentures and same day repairs for our patients. When several teeth in your upper or lower arch are missing, a flexible partial denture is a good treatment for replacing them. Flexible partials are removable appliances that are held in place by gum-colored clasps that fit around the necks of the remaining teeth.
Hygiene
A registered dental hygienist is a highly trained, licensed oral health professional who specializes in providing you with clinical, therapeutic and educational services to enhance your oral and overall health.
General Restorative
When your teeth need restoration, we can choose from several different types, including fillings, Crowns, Inlays and Onlays. Restorations seal out bacteria and restore the shape of the tooth. The type we recommend depends on how strong the tooth is and how much tooth structure has been lost.
