Interest-Free Payments

LDG's policy gives patients with a valid checking account, saving account, or credit/debit card to have monthly installments automatically drawn from their selected account. Patients can finance any amount from $150 to $1,750. All amounts financed are interest-free unless the account becomes delinquent.

The terms of financing are as follows:

Qualifications

1. Patient is required to have a valid credit card, debit card, checking account, or savings account.
2. Patient must pay a minimum of 50% of the balance due towards treatment that will be completed.
3. Patient must complete the application / authorization form prior to having the treatment. A $25 application fee must be processed utilizing the account the patient selected to have the payments disbursed from so the account can be validated. Once account validation has been confirmed, loan approval will be granted, and the patient can schedule their next appointment to have treatment completed. The account validation takes approximately 24 to 48 hours.

Other Information

Penalties for any non-payment or insufficient funds for any reason will result in a late fee being accessed to your account in the amount of $50.00. Additionally, your account balance will be charged a monthly interest fee of 2% on the outstanding balance owed until payment is made in full. In the event of loan default, your account will be turned over to collections and legal proceedings will be implemented. All costs associated with collections and legal proceedings will be assessed to your account.
